These terms apply to your use of the Keys & Co. website and to the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

## 1\. About Us

Keys & Co. is a family-run piano showroom based at 14 Montpellier Parade, Harrogate, North Yorkshire HG1 2TQ. We sell new, pre-owned and restored pianos, and provide piano tuning and maintenance.

## 2\. Our Services

Keys & Co. provides the following:

-   New piano sales, as authorised dealers for Yamaha and Kawai
-   Pre-owned and restored vintage piano sales
-   Piano tuning and maintenance

We do not offer piano lessons, rentals or removals. We are always happy to recommend trusted local piano teachers.

## 3\. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and may change without notice. The price of an instrument will be confirmed at the time of purchase. Payment terms are agreed when you place an order.

## 4\. Delivery

Delivery is free within 30 miles of our Harrogate showroom. Delivery outside this area may be arranged and quoted separately. Pianos are placed, settled and checked on arrival.

## 5\. Warranty

Every new piano carries a 5-year warranty. Pre-owned and restored pianos are assessed and prepared by a qualified technician before sale; the cover that applies to a specific instrument will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

## 6\. Tuning and Maintenance

Tuning and maintenance visits are charged at the rate confirmed when the visit is booked. A piano settles into a new room, so a follow-up tuning after delivery is recommended.

## 7\. Limitation of Liability

We will always carry out our work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, Keys & Co. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

## 8\. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, images and the Keys & Co. name, belongs to Keys & Co. and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce it without our permission.

## 9\. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes take effect when published on this page.
